We are manufacturing state of art nitrogen plants,psa nitrogen plants and psa nitrogen gas plants in technical collaboration with carbo tech, germany. These work on pressure swing adsorption principle. We provide variety of psa nitrogen plants, nitrogen gas generator, hydrogen generation by water electrolysis, water electrolysis based hydrogen plants, hydrogen generation plant by water electrolysis, refineries, water electrolysis based hydrogen plants and chemical plants, oil and gas platforms, metal-treatment, tankers and storage tanks, pipelines etc. Process: nitrogen generation plant based on the psa process consist of two adsorbers filled with carbon molecular sleve (cms). Compressed and purified air is passes through the absorbers . Mainly oxygen is absorbed on the carbon molecular sleve and nitrogen enriched gas is leaving the absorber. The oxygen concentration can be reduced to almost all required levels. During adsorption in one adsorber the second adsorber is totally regenerated just by depressurization to ambient pressure. The oxygen enriched off gas is vented. After about one minute adsorption in one adsorber the process controller is switching over to the second adsorber. Material : carbon molecular sieves: we use material from carbotech who has pioneered the scale - up of the production of narrow pored carbon molecular sieves to an industrial level. In one multi-step process on ultra-fine pore structure is formed in the molecular sieves pollets. This structure facilitates easy separation of different sized oxygen and nitrogen molecules. Cms is the crucial element of any psa plant utilizing the bf-process. The characteristics of cms are unique. It is highly resilient towards long term pressure swing usage. Moreover, the excellent auto regenerative characteristic of the sleve leads to many years of high quality nitrogen production. Hence one cms charge lasts as long as the psa plant. This makes it a safe long terms investment. Capacity & sizes:it is available in capacities upto 2000 nm3/hr. And higher capacities are available on request purities: nitrogen is available upto 99. 9999% purity. Various modle are available for different kind of applications. Models: standard purity: this is most popular model and produce gas upto 99. 9% without any purification system. Most economical purity is 97. 5% to 99. 5%dx model: in case higher purities are requried like 99. 999 % and additional deoxo purification systems is requried. There are two types :1. Palladium based purification system & 2. Copper based deoxo purification system 1. Palladium based purification system: in this after psa plant a deaxo tower is added in which hydrogen reacts with oxygen and thus removes oxygen from nitrogen. Moisture formed is removed in downstream gas dryer. Following is the composition of gas. Nitrogen: 99. 999% oxygen: in ppm level hydrozen: 0. 5% min. Or more if required Dew point: -( 60 ) deg. Or better 2. Copper based deoxo purification system: However, in case, both hydrozen and oxygen are not required. A copper deoxo based system is used to eliminate both hydrogen and oxygen. Nitrogen: 99. 999% oxygen: ppm level hydrogen: nill to ppm level hydrogen source ( ammonia cracker unit ) note: in both the above cases, hydrogen can be sourced from ammonia cracker unit which can be supplied as part of plant. Ultra high purity model: in this type, purity of 99. 9999% is directly available from psa module without deoxo by use of different technology/material & longer time cycle. Advantages are:1. Higher purity without deoxo system. 2. Most useful where hydrogen/ammonia is not easily available. 3. Most economical upto 100 nm 3/hr.
