 PSA Hydrogen Plant is a system that uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to generate high-purity hydrogen from raw materials, typically From cracked ammonia,natural gas (via steam methane reforming, or SMR) . The system operates on a 400V electrical supply, which is common in industrial settings for powering equipment like compressors, controllers, and other components of the hydrogen production system.

The PSA process selectively adsorbs impurities in the feed gas under pressure, separating hydrogen from other gases (such as methane, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen), and then desorbs the impurities during the depressurization phase. This allows for the continuous, efficient production of purified hydrogen.

A 415V Hydrogen Gas Generation Plant uses electrolysis or Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to produce high-purity hydrogen gas from water or feed gases. The system is designed to operate with a 415V electrical supply, which is typical for many industrial facilities worldwide. The hydrogen generated in these plants is used across various industries, including petrochemical refining, fuel cells, food production, and electronic manufacturing.

Hydrogen Gas Generator has always been used in wide range of industrial applications such as electronics, heat treatment food etc. More recently Hydrogen has been used as a fuel in transport and in environmentally friendly heating system and in very recent times as a carrier and storage of clean energy The hydrogen generators produce hydrogen and oxygen completely separated from each other by electrolytic dissociation of water molecules according to the chemical equation 2H2O + ENERGY>2H2+O2 Hydrogen and oxygen are produced inside the electrolytic cell directly at the required pressure (upto 30 bar) and they are kept separately by special gas impermeable membranes. The two gases flow through two separate channels, to the condensate water separators where they are cooled and dehumidified, ready for use.
